Homecoming Queen's Ideal Family Life Ends With Prison
Ann Edenfield Sweet didn't see it coming. As a former flight attendant and married mother of four boys, she says she lived a "Leave It To Beaver" life before something brought that life to an abrupt halt. Out of the blue, her airline pilot husband was arrested on serious drug charges and sent off to prison.
Wings For LIFE International Is Born
That experience led Ann to establish Wings For LIFE International to help lift other families out of the prison cycle. Wings For LIFE hosts three parties a year: a Christmas, Easter, and a
Back-To-School Party for families of prisoners, with hopes of reaching these families at important times
throughout the year. With innovative programs for children and teens, the Wings For LIFE ministry has been given at least one prestigious award for crime prevention.
